NCL is committed to the development of our members as leaders.Leadership development programs continue through our six-year curriculum, and it provides foundational knowledge and tools to improve life skills and leadership skills. Chapter members hold leadership positions each year including president, vice president of programs, vice president of philanthropy, recording secretary, corresponding secretary, parliamentarian, and Ticktocker Council representative.
